Fibrous Sausage Casings
Fibrous sausage casings are inedible, paper‑like casing designed for larger diameter sausages such as summer sausage, salami, and bologna. These casings provide excellent strength, uniform shape, and reliable performance during smoking and cooking. Fibrous casings must be soaked in warm water allow them to form properly around the sausage. Available in multiple colors and sizes, they are pre‑clipped with a hanging string for easy handling.
