Shirred Fibrous Mahogany Casing

Make stuffing large quantities of Summer Sausage faster and easier with shirred casings. Instead of having to load each 1 lb chub, you can load a full strand and use clips to make the chubs as long or as short as you need! These are standard fibrous casings, so they need to be soaked in hot water for 30 minutes before use.
