2.4" x 12" Mahogany Fibrous Summer Sausage Casings
At 2.4" x 12" these are great casings for making medium diameter summer sausages in shorter lengths. It has a 1 lb capacity, is mahogany in color, prestruck, tied at one end and has a 2.4" diameter. Being prestuck allows the casing to conform to the meat as tight as possible. To prepare you have to soak them for 30 minutes in warm water so they are pliable enough to stuff.
