#24 White Polyester Meat Netting
The #24 Polyester Elastic Meat Netting has a 6.5" stuffing diameter, making it ideal for Large Briskets. This is not a pretreated product for release, to pretreat for a release agent to help in removing the netting after thermal processing, wet the netting, before inserting product, in a solution of equal parts of vinegar and liquid smoke.

- 6.5" stuffing diameter
- Good size for full briskets
