Use 0.125 lb of seasoning to 100 lbs of meat or 0.125 lb to each gallon of water for a 10% pump. For a 20% pump use 0.0625 lb to 1 gallon of water.


Cure Excellerator


This product is a combination of Sodium Erythorbate and Sodium Citrate. Faster acting than pure sodium erythorbate. Similar to "Wiener Mate".

  • Use 2 oz. (0.125 lbs.) of cure excellerator per 100 lbs of product or 2 oz. (0.125 lbs.) of cure excellerator to each gallon of water at a 10% pump.

What Is Cure Excellerator?

Cure Excellerator is Excalibur's proprietary blended cure accelerator. It works by speeding up the conversion of Nitrite to Nitric Oxide. This blend works faster than pure sodium erythorbate or other cure accelerators.
