Description
23 mm Clear Collagen Casings
Devro
Similar to the 23mm Smoke Collagen, but with a slightly lighter wall-weight. Edible casings that are consistent and uniform in size. 42 Strands each approximately 50 feet long. Each caddy will hold approximately 537.6 lb of meat. These casings are a Processed Fine-T variant. Fine-T casings are stronger than fresh casings, but have a thinner wall than a Processed Fine-H variant. Having a lighter wall weight gives the sausage a bit more of a tender bite. Sizing on the different Fine-T casings range from 21 mm to 30 mm. With a more tender bite than the Fine-H, the Fine-T casings work great for hot dogs and frankfurters.
