Walton's Mojo Seasoning
Mojo comes from the Portuguese word meaning sauce. This can refer to a wide variety of sauces, marinades or seasoning from the Canary Islands to Cuba. The zesty flavor can come from sour oranges, or a mixture of oranges an lime. It can be used on almost any protein but shines with seafood of any kind, chicken, pork, and beef.

What is Mojo?
Mojo comes from the Portuguese word meaning sauce. This can refer to a wide variety of sauces, marinades or seasoning from the Canary Islands to Cuba. The zesty flavor can come from sour oranges, or a mixture of oranges an lime. It can be used on almost any protein but shines with seafood of any kind, chicken, pork, and beef.
What do I use it on?
With an initial burst of citrus that will make anyone’s mouth start watering, Zesty Garlic Mojo Seasoning has enough depth with garlic and onions to be used on fish (including shellfish), chicken, pork, and beef.
Chicken
To cook chicken with Mojo seasoning, marinate your chicken breasts or thighs in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, lime juice, and Mojo seasoning for at least an hour. Then, grill, bake, or fry the chicken until it's fully cooked. Serve with rice and beans or a fresh salad for a tasty and satisfying meal.
Beef
To cook Mojo seasoning with beef, simply season your beef with the Mojo seasoning, either by rubbing it on or sprinkling it on top, and then cook it as desired. You can grill, bake, or pan-fry your beef for a tasty and flavorful meal.
Fish
To cook fish with Mojo seasoning, start by seasoning your fish with salt and pepper, then sprinkle a generous amount of Mojo seasoning on both sides of the fish. Heat up some oil in a pan over medium heat, then cook the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side or until it's cooked through. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime juice for a delicious and zesty flavor.
Pork
To use it with pork, simply rub the seasoning onto the pork before cooking or marinate the pork in the seasoning for a few hours before cooking. Grilling or roasting are both great cooking methods for pork with Mojo seasoning. Enjoy!
