High Temperature Cheese
Why use High Temp Cheese in your sausage? This cheese is made specifically to hold its diced form up to 400° F, which makes it perfect for use in sausages or burger patties. It's small 1/4" diced size means it will go through even a snack stick stuffing tube no problem!
If you added regular cheese to your sausage it will melt and leave you with holes in your sausage and a slightly cheesy flavor. This is because most cheeses have a melting point far below what you are going to cook sausage at.
