The Patty-O-Matic Protege is a great balance between efficiency and economy. With the ability to do 1,200 patties per hour, this will work for all but the largest of operations. It makes perfectly uniform patties with its patented feed system and with the mold plate system it is simple to change between different patty sizes and shapes. A minimal amount of moving parts means that it is reliable, no chains to break, sprockets to wear out, or timing belts to snap. Includes one mold plate of your choice - you will be contacted to choose one.
