This Beef Roast Rub is great for Prime Rib or any roast, and also makes a great and full-flavored Au Jus sauce! Small Particle Size.

Uses:

  • Liberally rub entire surface of roast. Using a baking dish or roasting pan, place into a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Bake until desired doneness
  • For Prime Rib, bake at 250 degrees until 145. Continue cooking for another 30 minutes after 145 has been reached. Save the Au Jus for dipping. Serve with a dollop of horseradish, or our Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip!
