Sea Salt, Sugar, Red Wine Powder (Red Wine [Contains Sulfites], Maltodextrin), Spices (Including Pepper, Oregano), Dehydrated Garlic, Fructose, Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, White Distilled Vinegar, Modified Food Starch), Cilantro and Parsley Flakes, Citric Acid. Contains: Sulfites 29 ppm
Use 10 oz (0.62 lb) of seasoning to 1 1/4 cup (0.62 lb) of cold water for a 10% pump. Use 10 oz of seasoning to 12.5 lbs of meat. Add 10 oz of cold water. Tumble 45 minutes.
