Sea Salt, Sugar, Spices (Including Celery Seed, Turmeric), Natural Moonshine Type Flavor (Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch, Natural Flavor, Gum Arabic), Garlic and Onion Powder.

Usage:

Use 11.25 oz (0.70 lbs) of seasoning to 12.5 lbs of meat. Add 1 lbs of water. Tumble 1 hour with a 21 inch vacuum. Use 5.62 lbs of seasoning to 100 lbs of meat. Add 8 lbs of water. Tumble 1 hour with a 21 inch vacuum.
