This commercial-level digital scale will measure up to 66 lb in 1 oz increments, has a stainless steel weighing pan, and is NSF-listed. It has a 9" x 7.5" pan size so you can sit a meat lug or other measuring containers on it. It will measure by the lb, the oz, or the gram. Suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from 14°F - 104°F. It can run off of 4 "D" batteries or you can use the AC adapter. The scale has a stability time of less than a second so it can be moved from station to station and used almost immediately.
