With all 430 grade stainless steel construction, a bowl that will mix up to 50 lbs. at a time, and a 1.5 HP motor this is designed for the medium-sized processor, industrial kitchen, or catering business. The bowl tilts forward for easy loading and emptying, the cover has slots in it so you can easily add seasonings or cures to your mix while staying safe, and the control panel is so simple that anyone can easily operate the machine.
