The Walton's 2k Square Inch 12 Tray Digital Dehydrator is a great way to make jerky, dehydrate fruits, vegetables and more! Unlike most dehydrators the Walton's 2k Square Inch 12 Tray Digital Dehydrator gets up to 194° F, this makes it better for making jerky than the majority of dehydrators on the market. The unit has 2025 square inches of dehydrating space as each of its 12 trays is 15 x 11.25". It has a digital panel for setting time from 1-24 hours as well as 86° F - 194° F. The glass door and interior light let you easily monitor the drying process without opening the door and disturbing changing the heat and humidity levels within the chamber.
