Walton’s Meat Lugs can be easily cross-stacked when full or nested inside each other when empty. They are NSF certified and rated to hold upwards of 70 lbs. In comparison, competing brands' lugs will only hold up to 50 lbs.
Select from 8 different colors ranging from grey, black, white, red, blue, green, orange, and yellow to stay organized and efficient, or separate different product types. For smaller jobs, we offer the Grey Poly Pan. Walton’s also has a variety of lug dollies and carts ranging from a single lug dolly up to a 10-lug side-by-side dolly, which are perfect for easily transporting meat and other food products within your food processing plant or even a home kitchen.
Useful Features
Walton’s also has meat lug lids available in grey or white. What also makes our lugs different than any other lug is their higher-rated holding capacity, and if you look at the bottom under the rim, you’ll find 28 total supporting braces. Many other lugs out there will not have as much support, which will cause warping and flexing of the lug over time.
Another useful feature of Walton’s Meat lugs is that they can be used with one of our poly lug liners. Poly lug liners are specifically designed to fit the inside of the meat lug, or they can be flipped over on top and used as a cover when storing your product in the freezer. They also make cleanup a breeze because they are disposable and reduce direct contact with the lug.
