Versanet leaves a great pineapple design on smoked Hams or Turkeys. Available in 3 different sizes, the 45" is a good size for large turkeys and large whole bone-in hams. You can cook or smoke them at temperatures up to 212°. Simply stuff your product into the preclipped netting and run a hook through the other end and hang on smoke sticks in your smoker or oven.
