Versanet leaves a great pineapple design on smoked Hams or Turkeys. Available in 3 different sizes, the 33" is a good size for small turkeys or hams. You can cook or smoke them at temperatures up to 212°. Simply stuff your product into the preclipped netting and run a hook through the other end and hang on smoke sticks in your smoker or oven.
