The mix of red, black, and white pepper in this seasoning creates a nice kick of heat without being overpowering, adding a great level of flavor to any type of fowl. This soluble seasoning is specially formulated for injecting, meaning it has a smaller particle size, which allows for an easier injection while also ensuring a more even distribution of seasoning and flavor in the meat. This is great for pumping turkeys and more as it adds moisture to the product and enhances the flavor throughout the whole cut of meat.
Use: Use 1 lb of seasoning to 2 quarts of water. Inject meat until 15% of the original meat's weight has been added.
