FDA-compliant and non-stick netting made from a polypropylene mesh. Designed for use in laying on smokehouse racks to make an easy surface to place jerky on during thermal processing. The non-stick netting has small enough holes to place small pieces of jerky on, while still maximizing open area to minimize drying time, and making it easy to remove the pieces of jerky after the cooking cycle is finished. Each roll of jerky sheet contains 50 feet and is 48 inches wide. Cut to fit your smokehouse racks. The color of the product might vary. This Product should be replaced every 90 days and should be cleaned with soap (such as Dawn) and water between uses.
