  • 2.0 lb package
  • Seasons 25 lb of meat


  • -Use 2.25 lbs. of seasoning to 25 lbs. of meat
  • -Stir 2.25 lbs. of seasoning into 5 lb. of cold water. Let stand 20 minutes
  • -Grind 20 lbs. of beef and 3 lbs. of pork through a fine plate
  • -Mix reconstituted meat loaf seasoning with meat. Do Not Regrind
