It is constructed with aluminum, meaning that it is durable and won't rust or crack like steel or plastic! It also has an overall width of 5", will hold a 7.5" knife and blades, has an additional front hook holder for boning hooks or knife steel, and disassembles for very easy cleaning! This is the perfect way to safely store knives on-person while you are working and is the simple choice for knife scabbards when needing to hold 1-4 knives, plus 1 steel or boning hook.
