#300 X #29 Cleveland Triumph Plates

The Cleveland-style plates are flat on two sides, this allows the plate to lock into the grinder head. Triumph grinder plates are the finest in the world, the #29 size plate is in between the 1/8" and 3/16" plates. The base material is a high alloy steel, consisting of high chromium and high carbon content. The chromium content gives you stainless steel qualities, while the high carbon content gives you exceptional wear resistance qualities. This plate is hardened throughout, which means it will give you a consistent hard surface throughout its lifetime. Enterprise-style refers to standard set ups for most American-style meat grinders. This plate has a hub and is not reversible. The #300, #400, #500, and #600 fit and are the same as the #32, #52, #56, and #66 grinders respectively.
