Are you a fan of delicious food, family fun, and supporting a great cause? If so, mark your calendars for Walton's 2023 BratFest, an Air Capital Flyers program fundraising event. This event promises to be a fun-filled day with something for everyone, including mouth-watering bratwursts!

Not only will you have a great time, but you'll also be contributing to a worthy cause by helping support the Air Capital Flyers program! Read on to learn why you won't want to miss this exciting event.

On August 19th, Walton’s will host its 2nd annual BratFest, an Air Capital Flyers Special Olympics Kansas Program fundraiser. This program aims for all persons with intellectual disabilities to have a chance to become useful and productive citizens who are accepted and respected in their communities. The Special Olympic athletes are men, women, boys, and girls with mental disabilities, but they are like any other athlete. They train and compete. They learn to win and lose. They strive to do their best, and they inspire others.

For just a $15 entry donation, you will gain access to mouthwatering samples of Walton’s top-selling bratwurst flavors. Try not to fill up too quickly, though, because processors from in and around the state will be bringing flavors of their own! Still hungry? Not to worry, a Bratwurst Hotdog lunch will also be included with your ticket cost, with four delicious flavors to choose from.

Once you fill up on samples, head over to the Shaken or Stirred bar for a drink before you check out all of the activities and raffles provided by local conservation groups such as BHA, Pass it on Outdoor Mentors, Pheasants Forever, Ducks Unlimited, and NWTF. Be sure to visit the Dunk Tank provided by Augusta Rental to try and dunk your favorite (or least favorite) Walton’s employees and ACF coaches!

Bring the kids! Adults aren’t the only ones in store for some fun… kids will be plenty busy checking out games, cool vehicles, and testing their archery and shooting skills at the Diamond Archery target range and the NWTF Daisy BB gun range.
