This is the perfect lubricant for use in commercial meat processing, food prep areas, and even at home. It can be used on everything from grinder plates and knives to gear and oiling tools before putting them away to avoid rust. A technical grade paraffinic white oil, approved by the FDA (FDA regulations 178.3620(b) and 573.680). Our White Oil is certified by NSF and is acceptable as a lubricant where incidental food contact may occur (H1) or in and around food processing areas, and as a release agent (H3) where direct food contact may occur. Walton's White Oil is also certified Kosher, Pareve, and Halal.
