Ultra Quat is a 10% active, four-way quaternary ammonium (quat) sanitizer/disinfectant. This means that Ultra Quat is more effective against a broader array of microbes than normal two-way quat compounds. Ultra Quat is also registered with the EPA as a sanitizer/disinfectant and is allowed for post-rinse sanitizing at 150-400 ppm. Use this for food handling equipment, disinfecting porous and non-porous surfaces, and as a post-rinse sanitizer for previously cleaned surfaces.

Directions:

• Ultra Quat, as an EPA-registered sanitizer, must be used according to directions on the product label. A dilution of 1 ounce of Ultra Quat in 4 gallons of water yields 200 ppm active quat for post rinse sanitizing.

• Sanitizing quaternary compound that will kill bacteria and viruses very effectively
• A disinfectant
• An odor control agent
• All food handling equipment, walls, ceilings, and floors
• Disinfecting all porous and non-porous surfaces
• Can be used as a No-Rinse sanitizer
• Can be used as a Post-Rinse sanitizer on previously-cleaned surfaces
