Poly tubing works great for stuffing, freezing, and then cutting into burger patties. Our poly tubing has a 3 mil thickness and 2,000 feet per roll. Available in 4", 5", 6", 7", or 8" which makes patties in a diameter of 2.54", 3.185", 4.14", 4.46", or 5.09" diameter patties.
