Use this Gel Pack with the Casserole Tote to keep your food either warm or cold, depending on what you need! To heat, place it in hot water and follow the instructions and to cool, simply throw it in your freezer or cooler! Once it is back to room temperature, it can be re-heated or re-frozen as needed!

• Heat with hot water in microwave following included instructions on cover
• Place in freezer for 3 to 4 hours for use as ice pack in your cooler
