Cry Baby Craigs is a Habanero Hot Sauce that actually manages to get not only the heat but also the flavor of habaneros! This is partly because they don't cook them, they pickle the peppers to add a nice pickled flavor to go along with the habanero and the garlic. This sauce has a very nice amount of heat to it without it being overpowering. True mouth burning, hair on fire lovers will find this mild, but for us mere mortals who like our taste buds the way they are (firmly attached to our tongues and not burnt off) this sauce offers the perfect amount of heat.
