Description
When your products call for a bigger diameter, this 70mm Plain White Shirred Plastic Casing delivers. The unprinted white casing suits larger chubs, bologna, and deli-style logs, and leaves you free to brand and label each product your own way.
The high barrier multilayer plastic helps keep moisture in and protects your product from cooking through cold storage. Each strand is shirred into a short, easy-to-load stick that extends to 120 feet, cutting down on reloads during long production runs. This casing is not edible and should be removed before serving.
Features:
- 70mm diameter for larger chubs, bologna, and logs
- High barrier multilayer plastic construction
- Shirred 120 foot strands for efficient stuffing
- Plain white, unprinted finish ready for your labels
