Description
Hunting season keeps processors busy, and this 65mm Wild Game Shirred Plastic Casing helps you keep up. Preprinted with "Wild Game," it marks venison and other game chubs as soon as they're stuffed, so hunters' orders stay clearly separated from beef and pork products in your cooler and freezer.
The high barrier multilayer plastic helps retain moisture and protect lean game meat during long-term freezer storage. Shirred strands extend to 120 feet apiece, so you can move through a pile of deer orders without constant reloading. The casing is not edible and should be removed before cooking.
