Single ply patty paper with 2 holes in the sheet, this is designed to work with the Holly Junior. This type of patty paper is recommended for fresh patties, if you are planning on freezing your patties we would recommend you use double ply patty paper. The two ply paper will separate from each other when breaking a stack of frozen patties apart.
