This 12" Cozzini Ceramic Steel features a rubber tip to prevent your knife from slipping and is made from ceramic so it is very smooth and extremely hard, so it will work with almost any metal, including titanium! It is perfect for use when you have a slightly folded edge or when the blade is pushed slightly one way or the other. This will not sharpen a very dull blade, so use it often to prevent premature dulling of your knives!
