Why use Walton's Deer Carcass Wash?
There have been studies on why wild game often has a distinct "gamey" flavor to it and almost all of them point to one factor, how the meat is handled and processed. When a beef or hog is processed it is done so in a clean facility, where sterilization and sanitation are a top priority. When you shoot and gut your wild game you are doing so in a field, forest or other uncontrolled environment, meaning all sorts of bacteria, molds and other microogranisms are present and will begin working in your meat. You can fight back against that by using Walton's Deer Carcass Wash, a mix of Salt, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Maltodextrin, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Sodium Bisulfite. Contains: Sulfites 100 ppm designed to keep your meat safe until you begin processing!
