This unit includes a 3 to 1 mold plate (5/8" thick) and K.O. cup, with the capability to mold virtually any shape – from traditional patties to meatballs. It also features automatic interleaving, meaning you won’t have to stop the machine to reload paper or product. The quick disassembly design ensures easy cleaning, while the volume and pressure are controlled simply by the position of a single ring pin for effortless operation.
