The Pro-Cut KS 120 Meat Band Saw was designed with the small processor or butcher shop in mind. It is a high speed saw that can make fine cuts, it is made of stainless steel and can be washed down with a hose for easy cleaning and sanitation. Safety features include thermogenic switches to guard the motor against overloads, a thumb protector that is built into the sliding table, a manchester switch that will completely stop the saw for maintenance plus safety switches that cut off power to the saw if doors are opened.

Tensioning System

Assure a proper blade tension for a clean cut and a long lasting blade life. The Pro-Cut KS-120 has a red mark on the upper wheel to identify the correct blade tension.

Consistency On Cuts

The scale thickness gauge slides easily to adjust the thickness on cuts, providing assistance to achieve a more consistent cut of meat.

Easy to Clean

Hose-down washable saves times during cleaning operations. Easy to dismantle with the main components easily disassembled (without tools) for cleaning and sanitizing and replaced without the need to disassemble any other components. A removable wheel and blade cleaners keep the wheel and blade grease and waste free.
