Walton's Plastic/Cellulose Casings

If you are looking to make a traditional skinless snack stick or breakfast sausage similar to what you would buy at the grocery store, then Walton's 21mm Cellulose Casings are exactly what you need! An inedible product that is designed to be a snack stick or breakfast sausage which the product can be safely cooked in and then easily removed and peel off. You can purchase them in either single strands, or full cases. Each case has 300 95 foot long strands.

Features:

• 95ft strands
• 300 strands per case
• 3 black stripes to identify casing on cooked product
• Max cooking temperature of 180°F
• Now available in single 95 foot strands for retail customerts

Specifications:

• High humidity is highly recommended during cooking/smoking
• Casings do not need to be soaked prior to use
• After cooking, shower for 10-20 minutes or soak in an ice water bath to reduce wrinkling
• Must peel casings before eating
